Conference & function venues

Convention Centre

With direct vehicle access to the pillar free convention centre it is ideal for launches, conferences or exhibitions. It is a modern facility with state of the art audio visual equipment. The venue offers breakout space on the terrace perfect for tea and coffee breaks. Furthermore, there is exhibition space which can house up to 15 booths. The convention centre has a seating capacity of 520 delegates theatre style or can be split into three separate rooms with a capacity of 170 delegates each room.

Heritage Ballroom

Perfect for a gala event it can seat 180 delegates banquet style or up to 210 theatre style. Built in 1864 the heritage ballroom still has its original pressed tin walls and timber floorboards as well its original barn doors and beautiful stained glass windows.

Heritage Dining Room

This dining room is part of the original Erskine House and still has the original artwork displayed, bringing with it a little piece of history. It has fresh paint and lighting as well as having natural light filter through the room. This venue can seat 120 delegates theatre style.

Heritage Rooms

These rooms are part of the original Erskine House. They have recently been renovated however all new decor still stays true to the old world charm of the venue. These are carpeted venues and provide split system heating and cooling. All rooms have natural light.

Private Dining Room

The private dining room is part of the original Erskine House and has been freshly painted. With plenty of filtered natural light, this room is perfect for intimate receptions seating 40 delegates banquet or 60 cocktail style.

Boardrooms

Our boardrooms are perfect for breakout sessions during your conference. They each seat 25 theatre style or 12 classroom style. There is a retractable wall between the two allowing it to be opened creating a larger space seating 50 delegates theatre style and 24 classroom style. Our boardrooms are modern in style and are part of the new development of Mantra Lorne.

The Observatory

With an abundance of natural light overlooking our rolling sea grass lawns this small meeting room is ideal for board meetings, training seminars or intimate conferences. Ideally located adjacent to our main restaurant and bar area offers delegates the option of outdoor usage for break times.
