Ceremony & reception venues

Mantra Lorne offer eight different wedding ceremony venues and wedding reception venues which range from intimate heritage listed rooms within Erskine House to convention rooms able to accommodate 600 guests in a cocktail reception. Heritage Ballroom

Built in 1864 the heritage ballroom still has its original pressed tin walls and timber floorboards as well as its original barn doors and beautiful stained glass windows. Perfect for a sit-down gala menu this venue seats 180 people banquet style or as many as 300 guests cocktail style.

Heritage Dining Room

This dining room is part of the original Erskine House and still has the original artwork displayed, bringing with it a little piece of history. It has fresh paint and lighting as well as having natural light filter through the room. Seating 110 guests banquet style this venue is perfect for a sit-down menu, alternatively it caters for 150 guests cocktail style.

Convention Centre

Again this venue is ideal for both ceremonies and receptions whether it's a three-course alternate menu seating up to 300 guests or cocktail style with canapés. It can split into three individual rooms seating 100 guests.

Private Dining Room

This room is perfect for intimate receptions seating 45 guests banquet style or 80 cocktail style. It is part of the original Erskine House and has recently been painted, now showing a striking blue feature wall while still exuding the old world charm of the original space.

The Observatory

The Observatory is perfect for intimate receptions and offers the menu option of your choice. This venue caters for 40 guests for a sit-down event or 60 guests for cocktail.

Seagrass Lawns

Why not enjoy the fresh air of Lorne and enjoy your ceremony or reception on the beautiful landscaped lawns of Mantra Lorne.

Croquet Lawns

Another option for a garden style wedding, this is the perfect venue to exchange vows in front of those you love.

Beach

Take advantage of Mantra Lorne's beachfront location and enjoy your ceremony on the shores of Lorne. Council licence approval is required but Mantra Lorne can assist you with the planning of your event.
