Mantra Lorne offers premium conferencing venues and contemporary accommodation at the start of the Great Ocean Road. Sitting on 12 acres of lush landscaped grounds, Mantra Lorne is the largest residential conference venue in Victoria and located on the beachfront.

We specialise in making your next event memorable. Catering for small management groups to large conventions with over 500 delegates.

Mantra Lorne has a range of venue options from our boardrooms, to our pillar free convention centre, as well as offering eight additional meeting rooms for breakout sessions.

We also have our own on-site production department which offers an extensive range of audio visual equipment as well as decor and theming, entertainment sourcing and a complete stage management service.

Mantra Lorne is a unique venue and ensures you have access to world-class facilities and equipment. Our conference venue has semi-permanent infrastructure in place, which includes video projectors and screens, advanced audio system, theatrical lights, lecterns, microphones, dimmable house lights, permanent rigging structure and scissor lifts and multiple three phase power outlets in each room.

Conference & Function Venues

Mantra Lorne is the best place to host business by the beachside. As regional Victoria's largest conferencing venue we have 16 rooms to choose from including meeting rooms which seat 12 to our Convention Centre which can cater to over 500 delegates.
From car launches in the pillar free convention centre, to exhibitions with up to 15 booths, or a classic event in our Heritage Ballroom built in 1864, all events big or small can be catered for within our extensive conference and events offering. Learn more »

Beachside Conference Accommodation

If you and your team wish to stay the night Mantra Lorne has a variety of accommodation ranging from our centrally located full service heritage rooms, to studio rooms and one and two bedroom apartments.
All together we can offer accommodation for 500 delegates, all of whom will have access to wireless internet connection which is accessible from the beach.
We also offer a variety of modern resort amenities, including tennis courts, private access to Lorne beach, day spa, croquet pitch, day spa, putting green, fully equipped gym and indoor heated Mineral pool and spa.

Menus & catering

Tasty meals and elegant spreads, will ensure delegates are talking about their Mantra Lorne conference, long after their visit!
Choose from buffet, barbecue, two or three course, canapés, substantial canapés or takeaway. For conferences that run over a few days we recommend a different menu style for each night.
The onsite restaurant, The Larder, invites guests to experience a warm and hearty rustic Italian menu. Open for breakfast and dinner, the restaurant encourages all to tempt their tastebuds with the taste of Italy. Enjoy cured meats, grilled vegetables, bocconcini or creamy pastas.

Mantra Lorne is the perfect destination to blend business with leisure, with no end of onsite and offsite opportunities to excite and inspire.
The combination of the unique natural environment and the 12 acres of Mantra Lorne’s grounds create the perfect setting for team building. Onsite activities include bocce, croquet, lawn bowls, tennis, putting green and outdoor cinema.
Or treat your delegates with an offsite adventure to explore the surrounding surf and shipwreck coasts. Local attractions include Twelve Apostles, boutique wineries, Great Ocean Road, Otaway National Park and Erskine Falls.
